Put Trump in jail for endangering trial witnesses and workers. Stop giving him special treatment.

If Trump were anyone else, he'd be in jail already. On a near daily basis, he's been spewing dangerous lies about trial witnesses and workers, lies meant to whip his supporters into a frenzy, and put their safety and even lives at risk.

It's time to put a comprehensive gag order on Trump, and put him in jail the next time he violates it.

Trump knows exactly what he is doing, when he attacks the judges, prosecutors, witnesses, and anyone else who might help make him pay for his crimes. He is ensuring they feel the wrath of his followers, and trying to scare them into backing off.

That's not how this works. Trump has been charged with crimes, and there are restraints on what he can say and do. He's got every right to talk about the trials, but he does not have the right to make a fair trial impossible through threats, lies, and intimidation.

Any normal person would already be in jail for contempt of court or some similar offense. It's time to stop giving Trump special treatment.
