The National Lottery is in need of serious change

The disgustingly large amounts paid to "one" winner,could be shared among so many.Part of my job is to sell Lottery tickets.people are now "so despondent." Every day people tell me it's just not worth their time or money.The General Public buy these tickets,why should they not have a say in how it is shared and to "whom?"
