Petition to withdraw order to appear to parent education class

My significant other and our son have been enrolled in a residential drug and alcohol program. The male and female facilities function separately and are housed accordingly. I have been served with an order to appear for child support and parenting education class as a result of filing for cash assistance is part of the women's centers requirements. As of July 3, 2017 the cash assistance will be withdrawn and the order to appear dropped. I am requesting that the parent education class could be dropped as well.
