Ferbie is my male Maltese who's been missing since dec 2! I have went to over 500 homes in the cabot area, passed out hundreds of flyers, called every clinic, vet, groomer within 30 miles and still have had no luck in finding him. I found out that the cabot animal shelter had a dog which matched my dogs description to a T but they transferred him out without so much as a call. I've called that shelter 50 times in two months as well as went up their. They never informed me that he could've been there last week. He was transferred to a CARE facility in little rock Arkansas which has now refused me the right to even look to see if this is my dog. They informed me they are not legally obligated and will do nothing to assist me. He's my dog and I want him back especially if this is him. I need you to sign my petition to let them know what they are doing is wrong. Thank you
