Here in Billings, MT, we have a prolific and beloved street figure, Mike Mallory. You'll know him as the guy with the dog wagon. Mike has great repoire with locals. Mike does not drink alcohol or pander/beg for money. Mike served with the US military and is not homeless (like it matters), he's dedicated to saving pets, in particular dogs. People drop off pets with Mike regularly and I am one of the lucky people to adopt from him. She is my soul-dog! Mike's dogs are treated by local veterinarians, spayed or neutered, and then carefully placed in homes through his personal and serious process which ensures a loving home. Mike has a handful of dogs in tow at once, he carries them in the wagon to be sure that they are not a nuisance to the public. This is a man of integrity. I believe Mike has been treated poorly, and unlawfully by police and business owners in this town who assume he is transient, begging, or up to no good. I ask you to sign this petition in support of Mike so that he can walk the streets with his pup wagon free from harassment. I know him personally and trust me, he is a tip-top human being. We just need to let people who discriminate on sight know who Mike is and let them know he is supported and well loved here. Thank you for your support.
