Demand Support for Disadvantage Youth

Disadvantage youth is in general refers to young people with fewer chances to achieve goods such as education or societal positions. In my community there are plenty of disadvantage youth. I believe that i can fix this issue by building more rec centers for the youth that provides their needs that they cannot get at home nor school.
