Help Lucy the Elephant to live a happy and peaceful life

The Minster of Environment and Parks is responsible for issuing zoo permits for all zoos in Alberta. The Alberta Zoo standards require that all animals be housed in appropriate social groups. The Valley Zoo is violating the zoo standards by keeping Lucy alone. Imagine yourself left all alone with no social contact. It gets depressing and creates mental health issues. Animals are living creatures that God has created for mankind to experience love, to care for, and to have a companion if needed. In order to help Lucy to have a quality of life, she should be sent to a sanctuary where she can socialize with other elephants. Lucy needs more space to move around, not in a small closure. She also needs to be in a warm environment, not a cold environment.
