our sweet 7lb family dog bella cupcake was killed by our neighbors vicious pit bull/german shepherd mix...I want to petition that this dog is removed from the house and neighborhood . Now i fear for my grandchildren that it could attack again

Our sweet bella is gone...now i fear for my grandchildren or any child in our neighborhood...This dog had tried 2 times prior...please sign my petition. We tried talking to the neighbor...he said he will NOT get rid of the dog...there are 2 pit bulls in the house...not certain how the younger one will react after jumping in on the attack.
