Reduction of Salaries of Elected and apponted Officals in the Federal Government

To make our Federal government more accountable to the electrate in times of high employment, I propose that we reduce there salaries.   If an employment rate goes above 7% the salaries of elected and appointed officals is reduced by double the unemployment rate of the state with the highest unemployment rate of the 50 states.   If more then one state,s unemployment rate ties as the highest unemployment rate, the the two or more states unemployment rates are added then doubled.  This final figure is he amount the salaries, of elected and appointed officals , are reduced
