Add death penalty to child rape and sex crime's law

I was raped as a child. My sister was raped by her father and his mother. My father died in Joseph Harp as a baby raper.
We send these pieces of trash to prison and you, meaning our government, falsely tells us, the public, that they can be rehabbed when in proven fact that is the biggest lie ever spoken.
These people do the time given by the courts and come back to the street's and rape more INNOCENT babies.
