Award Carlos Arredondo a Presidential Medal of Freedom

Carlos Arredondo, a man who lost one son to the Iraq War and another to suicide stemming from depression over his brother's death, ran into the midst of the Boston marathon bombing after coming to the marathon in the first place to hand out American flags to runners.  He found a man lying on the ground with his legs blown off, bleeding to death from a cut artery.  He literally held the mans artery closed  with his own hands and got him to medical attention, saving his life.  This man is truly an American hero who deserves to be honored!
