The world we live in is getting worse and worse every day. Every single minute of the day, we hear about how much poverty there is all around the globe, how much death is caused by the war, how many animals are killed every day, how the pullution increases...
It may seem incredible, even imposible, but there is a solution. And we have the solution.
The first thing we should do is seek peace. Where can we find it? In the simple things we do everyday. We need to enjoy simple things just as eating, sleeping, walking. Do one thing at a time. Don't lie, remember honesty is always the best way.
This will make us feel better with ourselves. And if we do so, then we'll find peace in ourselves. And here we start: if we have peace, then we'll transmit it to the others. And make a better world.
