Say No to Christmas in November

These days, the retail industry begins Christmas the day after Halloween. Because they can't make money on Thanksgiving, it's become a nonexistent holiday, one that is now overrun with Christmas music and decorations. Americans have started to follow suit, stringing lights before they've even helped themselves to turkey and mashed potatoes on the last Thursday in November. Sign the pledge to remind everyone that Christmas loses its meaning when we make it a two-month affair.

We the undersigned pledge not to spend any money on Christmas-related items, decorate our homes with Christmas items, or listen to Christmas music until Thanksgiving has passed. We believe that to everything, there is a season. The Christmas season starts in December.
