a petition for citizenship

i am a christian from 1997, it is my dream to do missionary work abroad, the problem is my green card is only 3 years old, so i am asking for leniency, so that i can apply for my citiship now, to take up a position in british virgin island. GOD BLESS YOU, CASSELL BROOKS
