Shut Down Pitter Patter Pet Store

I visited this pet store in Rapid City, SD and when I walked in I was appalled. The entire store reeked of animal feces and urine. Animals fur was matted and dirty as though they had never been brushed, bathed or even taken care of in any way by the owners. Fish tanks were grimy and obviously not cleaned in a long while. The owners appear to be a young couple who don't seem to have much experience with running a pet store or even taking care of animals in the least. Please help these animals find a new home where they will be cared for in the appropriate ways and loved.
