Stop APS from raising their rates!

APS has announced a rate increase. This "demand" charge us unexaptble. Citizens do not have the option to choose other power companies if they live with in APS limits. Rates are already unbelievably high. Power is a necessity and citizens should not be subjected to the whims of corporate APS! The solution, citizens boycott these charges. Many petition and fight against this increase!
