Remove Mel B from being a judge on AGT

On americas got talent there have always been 4 judges that offer thoughtful insight and poses talent. These judges can give fair judging abilities without basing their opinions on what a person looks like or how they act.
This is not the case for Mel B.
Every episode of AGT I have seen her on she has not failed to disappoint not only myself but the audience with her inability to prooperylu judge talent with the most recent example being Mike a singer made popular from a viral video of him singing in the subway traveling across Facebook. He has such a classic style of singing that replicates that of singers in the 60's that is rarely ever found theses days. Mel ab said his voice was rough and that he needed to differentiate a subway from the stage of AGT but as Simon, a fellow judge on the show said, he saw her listening to auto tune crap earlier. She has proven countless times to be incompetent to be a judge and should be removed.
