Bayonne Residents Demand Action!

Bayonne, NJ has a serious feral cat problem. The residents and rescues are really fed up and even those who aren't animal lovers have reached a boiling point. The residents are demanding action from the current administration to put something into motion to assist with some of the issues. We're finding cats with their legs chopped off, cats dying, multiplying and people dumping their house cats outside on a daily basis. We need something to be done, and SOON.
