Demand and End to discrimination

    The Data Protection Act contains 8 principles 5 of which was ignored by social services.
    * personal data should be processed fairly and lawfully.
    * the data should be adequate, relevant and not excessive
    * it should be accurate and where necessary kept up to date.
    * personal data should be processed in accordance with the individuals rights under the act.
    * personal data should not be transferred outside the European Economic Areas unless the country offers adequate data protection.

    Social workers maliciously made allegations that were serious enough to cause a judge to take away my child at 16 days old
    None of the allegations made were substantiated and when I complained it was ignored by the manager and additional accusations made because I complained.
    When I made a formal complaint I was told that my complaint could not be accepted as I was still in court.
    I am then left for the same social workers to bully and intimidate me and at times ignore court order.
    There has been no investigation in my complaint and was given a reason as I am in court.
    Now I’m told that they need to investigate if the allegations were likely to have happened whilst in the meantime my child is still in care.
    Please note I’m still in court but this case needs to be reviewed.
    The allegations of the final threshold is a blur because nothing is clear. Help me stop the obvious discrimination by signing this petition to send an apparent message to Essex council to treat me fairly.
