Remove EastHerts Council

This is one of the most useless council's in England, they have no coherent plan, nor do they listen to the views of local people. They continually waste Tax-Payers money and have allowed Hertford - The County Town of Hertfordshire, to fast become a slum. They have no idea what to do except a mishmash of ideas, none of which work. Sign this petition and have them removed including ALL Senior Officials
