Make bbc pay per view subscription

The bbc harasses millions of people every year to buy a tv licence. A tv licence is only needed to watch bbc programs live and forces countless people who do not want to watch bbc to pay a licence fee. I would like to see the bbc follow the same structure as pay per view and sky channels which are not accessible until you pay your fee and to stop forcing their subscription service on to the public via automatically accessible signal. We have been conned for long enough it’s time to stop wrongfully enforcing a corporate product.
