Make FLOW accountable for the service they're providing to their customers.

Based on the trend I'm seeing, the majority of FLOW TT customers are ALWAYS experiencing problems and they aren't being resolved nor are the customers being rebated for the times when their service is down. We as PAYING customers should demand that FLOW TT rebates us or provide the service that we are paying for!!!
