BECAUSE OF SPECIAL CONCERNS OF FILE HOLDERS WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED PLOTS ON VIRTUAL / DISPUTED / UNACQUIRED LAND AS BAHRIA NEVER CLARIFIED STATUS AND LEGAL POSITION OF PRECINCTS 41 TO 45 WHERE EVEN NO SIMPLE DEMARCATION AFTER RECEIVING 70% AMOUNT IN 2.5 YEARS
THAT NEED SPECIAL LEGAL ACTIONS FOR PROTECTION OF OUR LEGAL RIGHTS IN BTKSC PRECINCTS 41 TO 45.
HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT CAN BIND BAHRIA IN PUBLIC INTERESTS FOR CONCRETE DEVELOPMENT OR ADJUSTMENT US ON CLEAR UNDISPUTED LAND IN BAHRIA KARACHI.

Honourable CJ,
We are Thousands of Affectees including Overseas Pakistani invested Billions of Rupees in Bahria Town Karachi but all aren't in contact. We were allotted Plots on Virtual / Disputed Land instead of SC interim stay order in 2016.
We the following affectees of BTKSC Precincts 41 to 45 are very much disturbed by Present situations of Bahria. We couldn't afford Fees of Advocate so through Email we are submitting an Application in Honourable Supreme Court for our legal rights and justice. We are law abiding citizens but common people and hard to get justice in Pakistan. Supreme Court is only Powerful institution who can provide us justice so we hope you will consider and treat us as intervenors in CMA 376K 2014 for legal rights and protection of our investments in BTKSC4145.

After Allah we are on mercy of Supreme Court. You have already given Historical Decision in 3rd party interests that appreciated at all levels throughout the World. We are also Thankful for that Outstanding Verdicts of Supreme Court. We hope all other matters of Bahria will be settled with same spirit in Third Party interests by Execution Branch.

We are again requesting to Honourable CJ for kind legal actions on our Application in Public interests that Protect VICTIMS OF BTKSC PRECINCTS 41 TO 45.
