Bright pavement color road

I need brighter colors on the road so you can see at night is very hard to see the white lines at night some of them are diminishing in some of them area where drive . you can hardly see when is a construction site set up they need to change the color maybe to a yellow or green in the roads because it’s very hard to see the road at night in also sometimes going to do when it’s raining
