"Demand Long Sleeve Shirts for Inmates "

In the Maricopa County Jail system inmates are not given long sleeve shirts for winter. It is kept very cold in the jails , the inmates all have short sleeve shirts and are given nothing but a thin blanket that does not keep them warm. All the inmates are freezing and all getting sick . It is inhuman either turn the heat on , which won't happen or give the inmates a long sleeve thermal or a sweatshirt .
