Demand a National Animal Abuse Registry to Ensure Vicious Animal Abusers Can Never Own a Pet Again!

Imagine someone pummeling you in the face and throwing you in the air, only to slam brutally into the ground, for no reason. Think of the terror, pain and confusion you'd go through as this happened.

That's what this innocent dog suffered at the hands of this vicious animal abuser.
