Get rid of Col G Animal Control Hampshire County, WV

Unfortunetly we have a not so good animal control team in hampshire county. We have so many people asking for help with very few (if any) actually receiving help. I have heard stories from older ladies with feral cat colonies who have called animal control and once they showed up they just say "stop feeding them and they will die off". Are you kidding me??!!
People need real help! These animals are suffering in the ignorance of our poor management in hampshire county. We need to look for someone who WILL do what they can to help both animals and people!
