Demand minimalization of weekday night work on the Beaver Brook bridge replacement project!

MA state dept of transportation is replacing the Beaver Brook bridge on the VFW highway starting the month of August 2016 until October 29, 2016. With this project going on they advised there may be night work but they cannot advise how often, which nights, etc.

This petition is to minimize how often they are allowed to do night work to a once a month or twice a month occurrence only. Also if night work is needed then it to be conducted on a Friday or Saturday evening only, and if a weekday is necessary for night work then it does not include drilling or very loud constant sounds to disturb residence. The concern is that if a lot of night work is conducted this can cause lack of sleep, poor performance at place of employment, health issues, etc.
