Need certified dyslexic teachers in akron ohio school systems

My 8 year old son was diagnosed with dyslexia and after talking to his school I was informed that they do not have the ability to teach these kids or even have to supply the help they need with teachers or software. They teach them all within what they can with a iep. I feel these kids would be more successful with the much needed help of qualified dyslexic teachers. These kids are usually made fun of and struggle throughout their education because of the lack of help they have within their schools. I want to be the person to try to make that change. I want the schools to bring in qualified teachers and tutors and software to help the kids learn to read, write, do math and all the other things they struggle with so that they can enjoy the educational system available to all of us in a fair way. Let's stop thinking that the only way to teach kids is if they sit still and are "normal". No-one is just normal. Teachers and schools always pick the kids that are the easiest to teach and praise them! Lets praise the ones as well who have the most struggle and want to learn. Let these kids enjoy school again like they did in kindergarten!
