Demand that our Neighborhood be Safe & Attractive Now! TAKE DOWN THE UGLY HOUSES in Taylor Ridge Trail

The two abandoned homes that sit in Taylor Ridge Subdivision are unattractive and have been abandoned for over 13 years. As a resident of this subdivision for 13 years I have watched this attractiveness of this subdivision decrease tremendously. Removing these homes will make our values increase and make our subdivision more attractive to new families. Help me get the message to Carroll County that we want the houses removed. We don't want another owner of these homes to promise us that they will FIX them up when the Septic Tank System is a huge problem that no one has been able to solve.
