Help get K9 Zara back to work!!!!

K9 Zara is a dual purpose police working dog that has been seized from her former handler and being withheld with an agency that is not equipped to properly maintain a working K9. We need to get them to release this dog back to the donor in order for her to be placed with an agency that IS equipped to handle and properly care for and maintain this highly trained working dog. Please help us get K9 Zara in the right hands!!
