I want that : USA and United Nations impose sanctions on Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is a totalitarian regime. It disallows the formation of political parties and associations. It restricts freedom of speech and whips bloggers. It funds terrorism.

If we impose sanctions on North Korea why not on Saudi Arabia?
