Remove the violator from the family home, not the victims!

When you have a violent dog in your house, do you relocate the children? Or remove the dog???

If you , your children or pets are threatened, confined or intimidated; why should you remove yourself, run around seeking shelter, uproot everything/everyone you know, endangering others in the process?! While the violator gets to stay in the family home!!

This needs to change!!!

We have to remove the person making threats, harming and endangering lives. They need to seek shelter and counseling and have to prove understanding, before they are allowed back in the family home, without being allowed to take financial security away from the dependents . This should be a minimum 7 day safety exit. Longer every time a violence occurs.
