Demand the piece in our Neighborhood

Every weekend Mr. Travis has parties every weekend that start at 9:30 and doesn't end until 6 or 7 in the morning and we live in a residential neighborhood. I have to call the police like two or three times in a night because as soon as the police come and make everybody leave they wait until the police leave to come right back. I have talked to Mr. Travis and he has continued to have these parties he rents his house out as a Airbnb which you have to have a permit for and he doesn't. The music is so loud that I feel like the radio is inside of my house. I have been going through this for almost a year , I'm almost 70 and my husband is 75 we are to old to be going through this problem every night I have been in this house for over 40 years and I have never had any issues like this.
