A Petition to our Gov?t:

Who are THE PEOPLE? In the U.S. Constitution, it is a term of art used by our founding fathers, and means the same wherever it is found. See article I section II, THE PEOPLE = LEGAL VOTERS. The right of The People (Legal Voters) to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, see U.S. v. Verdugo 1990 at
www.rightvwrong.us. Our voter?s ID cards should be our gun permits.

We are a society based on law, or we are a society based on privilege. When govt's ignore our rights in the Bill of Rights, we become a society based on special privileges for those in power, who ignore the law and our rights. The people become serfs of the State.  The 2nd Amend. is a Civil Right.
