Starved puppy clinging to life discovered in Louisiana

Rocky was discovered by a good Samaritan this past weekend. At the time of his discovery, he was near death.

Today, things are looking brighter for the horribly neglected pup. Veterinarians at the Southside Animal Clinic are optimistic that Rocky will recover.
