Induct Toto Into The Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame

Toto has been making hit records steadily since 1978, 10 years beyond their eligibility for the Hall Of Fame.  Their personnel has changed over the years, but the quality of the music has not.

As musicians who have had hit records, and for Jeff Porcaro, who contributed more to rock drumming than any other of the 20th century, this band should be inducted.
