Please help me change The Bylaw Prohibiting owning reptiles over 12 inches and keeping more than 2 r

This Petition is to attempt to amend my city s bylaws i currently own several bearded dragons and was just informed of this bylaw last week i was informed that its illegal to keep Lizards over 12 inches and you can only have 2 currently as the bylaw stands you can only keep your pet till it is 12 inches, Then you have to give it away to someone outside of London I Love these Lizards and i am currently in the process of starting my own business breeding High Color Bearded dragons Help me change City Hall s Bylaws Against owning Lizards over 12 inches Personally i don t want give my Bearded dragons away when they are still babies would you ?????
