Sgt. Kai Waters said Elizabethtown police never got her side of the story before charging her with felony assault. She says she was targeted in a racial, road rage attack on the way home from Fort Knox one night in February.
Once the video was released it is clear that SGT Waters is the victim.
We demand SGT Kai Waters receive an apology from the Elizabethtown KY Police Dept, all charges be dropped, and warrants and charges be issued against the other woman who clearly was the aggressor.
