With this petition I was hoping the fan base of this franchise could help get FUNimation Entertainment & Cineplex Odeon's attention to help bring Cowboy Bebop The Movie: Theatrical Version to Canadian Theatres on August 15th & 16th. I have already taken the steps to contact FUNimation & Cineplex through their customer support and have only recieved generic answers that have not increased the possibility of this event happening in Canada. One representative confirmed that there are no listings for this event to happen currently in Canada. Usually tickets will go on sale a month prior to the show. Keep in mind the past 2 Dragon Ball events (licensed by FUNimation) have had sold out showings in the city of Edmonton.
