Make Trump pay the $1 billion cost to convert Qatar plane to Air Force One

Donald Trump wants that plane from from Qatar to be the new Air Force One plane -- even though it will cost over a billion dollars to upgrade its security and key equipment to Air Force One standards.

We already have a perfectly fine Air Force One plane (two actually), and we don't need to blow a billion dollars because Trump wants a new toy. If he wants it, let him pay.
