Demand social networks put measures in place to automatically block photos and videos of animal cruelty

I sign a lot of petitions regarding cases of animal cruelty and a large amount of these cases have been shown on social networks,i hope that maybe if these sites put measures in place to automatically block these things then maybe people wouldn't do it,even if it stopped some it would be a start. We hear of sites that block videos because of copyright infringements, so it must be possible to block others too.
