Help the environment by banning balloons in Vancouver BC

in 1997 the great pacific garbage patch [a vast section of ocean far out from shore where there is a huge amount of garbage] was discovered by captain charles moore , who along with his team covered over 1,ooo nautical miles while still seeing garbage for seven days. some of that garbage was balloons. dolphins whales dogs sheep birds and turtles especially [they prey on jellies] have been hurt or killed by balloons
