No construction vehicles through Oliver Woods Subdivision

A new property is being built on the edge of our existing subdivision with a driveway and address on Maple Drive. The landowner building the house wants to use the streets in Oliver Woods Subdivision for his heavy duty construction vehicles instead of his driveway on Maple. This will cause significant damage to our surface roads and lead to construction debris on our roads. Most of this equipment for grading and preparing the lot for building is very large and could cause congestion in our small division. We would like the landowner to use the drive that is attached to his property to access that property during all of his construction phases and not use our streets for any construction traffic.
