Free Cornealious Anderson III

 Cornealious Anderson was sentenced for armed robbery (a BB pistol was used) and was sentenced to 13 years in prison. Mr. Anderson was told to go home and wait for further instructions and that is what he did but no one contacted him until a swat team arrested him in 2013 , thirteen years after his conviction. Mr. Anderson has lived a crime free life since his original arrest. He married and has a family, pays taxes and has even started his own business. WE feel that incarcerating him now would not serve to rehabililitate him but would in fact jeopardise his rehabilitation by exposure to hard core criminal elements within the prison.

This negligence by the state to remand Mr. Anderson to a correctional facility was through no fault of Mr. Anderson and he has lived the past 13 + years of his life as a good, contributing citizen.
