Demand for stands in an informal settlement

According to our the residents of Thabombeki village in nooitgedacht near lanseria airport, residents were demanding stands and electricity for the past 16 years ago and there was no one to be there for them,
Even now under ward councilor 96 Mr Sibusiso Mthembu.

Our community were asking for a permission from housing to do the stands for them selves since our leaders are failing to do so.
The issue of electricity, residents want to pay Eskom for themselves, they also need a permission from the government.

We then ask you look in to this matter and deal with It.
