Ban the quicksand mouse trap

There is a new "mouse trap" that acts like quicksand, and it's an inhumane way of ridding yourself off mice. My issue is that it suffocates the mouse, a show death that is wrong. There have to be a better way, if you hate mice, than kill then. There are people who live mice (myself, included) who would have no problems caring for them, and ultimately getting them out of your life.
