It's 2016. Mattel is seemingly already leaning towards an LGBT Apple White and Darling Charming, and Disney needs to take a step forward too. You should be able to send the message to little girls that you can be a princess and fall in love with a princess too.
Idina Menzel supports the LGBT Elsa, and while there are people out there who want to give Elsa a charming prince, what would that do? So many princesses have princes, it's the norm. It would be like taking a step back in society. If Mattel can do it, so can Disney. If people don't like it LGBT Elsa, that's not their problem. If Disney keeps just popping a prince in here and there to give love interests, there's eventually going to be more people angry at them for not supporting LGBT, and some people out there will probably start to accuse Disney of being homophobic. Disney will have to make an LGBT movie eventually, and I doubt that after three years of popularity like the movie came out yesterday, that the it will fall that much. They'd still make a crap load of money, if that's what they're after.

It's time for Disney to make a change. If Mattel can do it, so can Disney! It's 2016, people are free to be LGBT, and yet, they're still struggling. Let LGBT be a norm!
