From experience I lost my mother tragically because the medical health care system failed us and allowed my brother to be released. Instead of getting him put in a mental institution with proper care they released him. We knew that my brother wouldn't take his medicine and need 24 hours care. We were powerless to do anything but my mother was murdered by my brother because he was sick and refused care and we couldn't get help because the system failed to put things in place to help us.
