Train waiting time in Resaca Georgia

We the people of Resaca Georgia and the people who use Hwy 136 access to Hwy 41 are very concerned with the wait time we have been experiencing over the past several years. We are not only concerned with the 30-50 minuets wait time we have been experiencing during our commute to and from work several days per week, but also if emergency services are called what will happen when the train is stuck blocking this passage between Hwy 136 and Hwy 41. We do not want to see a horrific accident happen and emergence services not be able to get to the accident in a timely manner.
